Who can order
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian place the order.
- We ship to addresses in the 50 US states and the District of Columbia only. Orders with an address we cannot reach are canceled and refunded in full.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Every size and color of a style is the same price. There is no size surcharge.
- Payment is taken when you place the order.
- We can correct an obvious pricing error before we ship. If we do, we tell you first and you can cancel for a full refund.
Shipping
Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days and transit takes 8 to 12 business days, 11 to 17 business days in total. Shipping is a flat $7.95 on orders under $60.00 and free on orders of $60.00 or more. The Shipping Policy is part of these terms.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
You can return or exchange new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery with a free prepaid return label. We issue refunds within 7 days of the return arriving. The Refunds and Returns policy is part of these terms.
When an order becomes a contract
The order confirmation email is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance. The contract starts when we ship. Until then we can cancel and refund in full, for example if a style sells out or an address cannot be served.
Product photographs and color
Screens render color differently. The color names on each product page describe what we can see in the photographs, and the product pages describe the colors as they appear. Product photographs show the style, not the specific dress you receive. If an item arrives and the color is not what you expected, return or exchange it under the Refunds and Returns policy.
What we do not claim
- We do not publish finished garment measurements for these styles yet.
- We do not publish fabric compositions we cannot trace to our supplier.
- There are no customer reviews, star ratings or stock counters on this site, because we have none to show.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us at support@holidayhives.com if you think someone else has used it.
Use of this site
Do not scrape the site, resell the content, or use it to break the law. We can close an account that does.
Limits
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here removes rights you have under US consumer law.
Changes
We can change these terms. The version on this page when you order is the version that applies to your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New Mexico.
