What we accept
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We list them there rather than here, so the page can never promise a method that is not switched on. If a method you expect is missing at checkout, it is not available.
What appears on your statement

If a charge on your statement does not look familiar, email [[TBD:SUPPORT_EMAIL]] with the date and amount before you dispute it with your bank. It is usually faster to sort out directly.
Currency and tax
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Prices shown do not include sales tax. Tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address.
- Shipping is $6.95 on orders under $50.00 and free at $50.00 and above, calculated before tax.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place the order, not when it ships. If we cancel an order before shipping, the full amount goes back to the same card or account.
Failed payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and nothing is reserved. Your bank may still show a temporary authorization hold, which drops off on its own, usually within a few business days. We cannot release it from our side.
Card security
We never see or store your full card number. Card details are handled by the payment provider at checkout. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the last four digits for matching an order to a refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We start them within 3 business days of a return arriving; your bank then takes its own time, usually 5 to 10 business days. See Refunds and Returns for the full process.
