Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China, directly to your address in the United States. Allow 3 to 5 business days to process and 8 to 12 business days in transit. Details are on the Shipping Policy page.

Returns go to our US returns address in Union City, California. Email us first and we send you a free prepaid return label with the address already on it. See Refunds and Returns.
