Orders under $50.00 ship for $6.95. Orders of $50.00 or more ship free. The threshold is the order total before tax.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States only. That covers all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and these US territories and military addresses:
- Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands
- APO, FPO and DPO addresses (AA, AE and AP)
We do not ship outside the United States. If you enter an address we cannot reach, checkout will tell you before you pay.
How long it takes
We have not published a delivery window yet. We are confirming production and transit times with our supplier, and the numbers will be listed here before the store opens for orders. We would rather leave this blank than print a figure we have not checked.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then write to [[TBD:SUPPORT_EMAIL]].
Address changes
Write to [[TBD:SUPPORT_EMAIL]] as soon as you notice a mistake. We can change an address before the order ships. After it ships, the carrier decides, and we cannot promise anything.
Lost and damaged packages
- Check the tracking. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a day early.
- Check with neighbors and your building office.
- If it is still missing 3 business days after the delivery date, email [[TBD:SUPPORT_EMAIL]] with your order number.
If a package arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before you unpack further, and send the photos with your order number.
