What this page is for

This page sets out the limits of what the rest of this site tells you. Read it alongside the product pages and the size guide.

Measurements

We do not publish finished garment measurements for every style. The size guide gives the general US women's size conversion and a method for measuring yourself. That table is a reference used across the industry, not a measurement of these dresses. Use it as a starting point, not a guarantee of fit. If the fit is wrong, you can exchange within 30 days with a free return label.

Fabric and construction

Product pages describe what is visible in the photographs: the cut, the neckline, the sleeves, the length, the closure. Where a page does not state a fabric composition or a weight, it is because we have not verified it. We would rather leave the field empty than print a figure we cannot trace to our supplier.

Color

Color names describe what the photographs show. Screens, room lighting and camera settings all shift color, and dyed and printed fabrics can vary slightly between production runs.

Photographs

Photographs show the style, not the specific dress you receive. Print placement and the exact position of sequins, beading or appliqués can vary slightly from dress to dress.

Delivery times

Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. The 11 to 17 business day delivery estimate on the Shipping Policy page is our normal range. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather and holidays can occasionally add time.

Fit advice

Any sizing suggestion on this site is general guidance, not a fitting service. Bodies differ. The reliable method is the one in the size guide: measure your bust, waist and hips and compare.

Availability and pricing

Styles can sell out or be withdrawn without notice. We can correct an obvious pricing error before shipping, and if we do, we tell you first and you can cancel for a full refund.
