How do I pick a size?
Measure your bust, natural waist and hips, then compare with the chart in our Size Guide. If a product page shows its own size chart in the photos, use that one for that dress.
Why are there no garment measurements on some product pages?
Because we have not measured those styles ourselves. We would rather leave the field empty than copy a number we cannot stand behind.
What is the difference between 16 and 16 Plus?
Plus sizes follow a different size chart from number sizes. If a style offers both, compare your measurements with both rows of the size guide.
I am between sizes.
Go by your largest measurement on fitted styles such as bodycon, mermaid and sheath dresses. On A-line, empire-waist and wrap dresses, go by your bust. Dresses with a smocked or elastic back have more give, so the smaller size usually works.
Will a maxi dress be too long for me?
Many maxi lengths are cut for wearing with heels. Petite customers may need to hem them. Hemmed or altered items cannot be returned, so try the dress on first.
What if the size is wrong?
Exchange it for another size within 30 days of delivery. The return label is free.
Ordering and payment
Do you charge more for larger sizes?
No. Every size and color of a style is the same price.
Is sales tax included?
Any sales tax that applies to your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
I do not recognize a charge.
Email support@holidayhives.com with the date and amount before you dispute it with your bank. It is usually faster to sort out directly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email or call +1 (943) 318-6257 as soon as possible. We can change or cancel it as long as it has not been handed to the carrier.
Shipping
Where do orders ship from?
From our supplier's warehouse in China, directly to your address in the United States.
How long does delivery take?
11 to 17 business days in total: 3 to 5 business days to process and 8 to 12 business days in transit. The order cutoff is 6:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday to Friday.
I need the dress for a wedding or event. When should I order?
At least three and a half weeks before the date, so there is time for delivery and, if needed, an exchange. We cannot speed up delivery for a specific date.
What does shipping cost?
A flat $7.95 on orders under $60.00, and free on orders of $60.00 or more.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico, other US territories or APO/FPO addresses?
Not at the moment.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No.
Returns and exchanges
How long do I have?
30 days from delivery. The dress must be new and unworn, with no alterations.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. We email you a free prepaid label to download and print, for faulty items and change-of-mind returns alike.
Do you do exchanges?
Yes, for a different size or color of the same style.
How fast is the refund?
We issue it within 7 days of your return arriving. Your bank then usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Is there a restocking fee?
No.
