How to return or exchange
- Email support@holidayhives.com with your order number, the item, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. For an exchange, tell us the size or color you want.
- Within one business day we email you a free prepaid return label. Download it and print it.
- Pack the item, stick the label on the box, and drop it off with the carrier named on the label. It must be sent within 30 days of delivery.
- Keep the drop-off receipt until your refund or exchange is complete.

The prepaid label we send is already addressed. Please use it rather than writing the address yourself, so the parcel can be matched to your order. Do not send returns to our registered business address in Albuquerque; it cannot accept parcels.
What it costs you
- Return shipping: free on every accepted return, faulty or not.
- Restocking fee: none.
- Original shipping charge: refunded if the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one. Otherwise it is not refunded.
Refunds
We issue your refund within 7 days of your return arriving at our returns address. It goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank then usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. We email you when the refund is issued.
Exchanges
We exchange for a different size or color of the same style, or for the same item if yours arrived faulty. Every size and color of a style is the same price, so there is nothing extra to pay. We ship the replacement once your return arrives. It ships from our supplier's warehouse in China, so allow 11 to 17 business days for it to reach you. If the size or color you want is no longer available, we refund you instead.
Canceling an order
Email support@holidayhives.com or call +1 (943) 318-6257 as soon as possible. We cancel for a full refund as long as the order has not been handed to the carrier. After that, wait for it to arrive and return it free of charge.
