Refunds and Returns

The short version

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn. Ask for a return number first. We refund to the original payment method once the return arrives.

What we accept

How to return something

1. Email [[TBD:SUPPORT_EMAIL]] with your order number and what you are sending back. Do not mail anything before you have heard from us.
2. We reply with a return authorization number. Write that number on the outside of the box.
3. Mail the box to the return address below, within 14 days of getting your number.
4. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking until the refund lands.

Get a return number before you ship. A box that arrives without one still gets processed, but it takes much longer, because we cannot match it to an order.

Do not send returns to the mailing address on the Contact page. That is an office address and cannot take parcels.

Who pays for return shipping

• Changed your mind, or the fit is wrong: you pay the return shipping.
• We sent the wrong item, or it arrived faulty: we pay.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping is not refunded unless the return was our fault.

Refunds

We start the refund within 3 business days of the return arriving. Your bank then takes its own time, usually 5 to 10 business days, before it shows on your statement. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, and nowhere else.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want. That way you are not waiting on two packages crossing in transit.

Canceling an order

Email [[TBD:SUPPORT_EMAIL]] within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel if the order has not gone to the supplier. After that, wait for it to arrive and return it.
